Management Team

Vince McCormack, President
Vince McCormack, a Jacksonville native, is the President and Co-Owner of Perdue. Vince started with Perdue in 1986 and has worked in almost every area of the company which gives him a great perspective of what it takes to get things done. In 2001 after many years in Sales and Sales Management, he took over as President and in 2007, he and an investment partner purchased the company.

Vince is active in a variety of civic and business organizations having served or currently serving on the Jacksonville Regional Chamber Board of Governors and Board of Directors as chair of Entrepreneurial Development. He is also a Trustee with the Chamber and serves on the Advisory Council for Jax USA Partnership. He is on the Executive Committee of the Gator Bowl Association, and several non-profit boards including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida.

Gaye Hanley, General Manager
Gaye Hanley joined Perdue in 1986 as an Interior Designer and has held several management positions including Director of Design, Vice President- Design & Planning and Executive Vice President. In Gaye’s current role as General Manager, she oversees the day-to-day sales, planning, and administrative operations of the company.

Gaye is a past recipient of the YWCA Jacksonville Celebration of Leadership, Tribute to Women award. She received her Bachelor of Design, Interior Design from the University of Florida, College of Architecture and is a Florida Licensed Interior Designer # ID5604.

Harold Cooley, Director of Operations
Since joining Perdue in 1983, Harold has held various positions within the company including Service and Warehouse Manager, Project Manager, Network Coordinator, Sales Executive and his current role as Director of Operations. In his current position, Harold manages all aspects of Perdue Operations which includes Project Management, Warehouse, Delivery, Relocation and Installation Services; Asset Management, Refurbishing, Painting, Upholstery, and Network Services.

With Harold’s broad experience in both Operations and Sales, he has developed a unique customer focus that provides a well rounded, customer first attitude with a keen eye of the future of the dealership.
