Assignment: Needed smaller-scale, turnkey solutions for a start-up law firm wanting to project a professional, yet contemporary image
A newly formed law firm needed turnkey solutions for an entire building, including private offices, workstations, reception area, conference room and break room. After learning the client’s objectives, preferences and budget, Perdue worked in collaborative fashion with other key parties involved such as the leasing agent, designers and construction managers. Perdue saw the project all the way through: from inception to planning and implementation, all the way to coordinating the final installation of artwork.
As a result, the attorneys cite the invigorating work space as a key factor to their productivity and enjoyment. Their clients have also appreciated that the office’s finishes, furniture and artwork complement the mood and feel of the neighborhood.
