President

As President, Rob Lau is responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth of Perdue Office Interiors. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he has built a reputation for driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and leading organizations through periods of transformation and expansion.

Prior to joining Perdue, Rob served as Vice President of Steelcase’s Florida + Caribbean Region, where he led the business to multiple record-setting years, expanding market share, and strengthened performance across the company’s largest dealer networks. His career spans both manufacturing and dealer leadership, providing a unique perspective on strategy, operations, customer experience, and market development.

Throughout his career, Rob has successfully led organizational growth initiatives, integrated acquisitions, and served in executive leadership roles during major industry transactions. Known for building cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and execution he brings a proven track record of aligning people, strategy, and operations to deliver sustainable results.

Today, Rob is focused on building upon Perdue’s strong legacy while accelerating growth, expanding capabilities, and creating long-term value for clients, employees, partners, and the communities Perdue serves in.

Justin Perez

Director of Account Management and Sales Operations

Justin has experience in a variety of industries from construction and renovation to real estate and supply chain. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in operations management and supervision from Saint Johns River State College. Before joining Perdue, Justin was a Key Account Manager for C.H. Robinson, a multimodal transportation services and third-party logistics company. He worked with global shippers to develop customized solutions with the goal of continuously improving and driving change in supply chains around the world. He joined Perdue in 2020 and is in charge of the company’s direct and indirect sales efforts, strategic partnerships and business development strategies, especially as it relates to the launch of Perdue’s newly renovated showroom.

Marc Fortin

Director of Operations

Marc is a seasoned industry expert with over 40 years of experience in commercial furniture, architectural systems, project management, and facilities consulting. Known for his entrepreneurial approach and hands-on leadership, he has consistently delivered complex, multi-million-dollar projects while cultivating strong, lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Marc has managed large national accounts, overseeing expansions, consolidations, and relocations tailored to the specific needs of each business unit. He has also led operational teams across multiple locations, ensuring seamless execution and unified customer experience. As Director of Operations at Perdue, Marc leads warehousing, service operations, project management, and installation, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
