Our History

Since 1916, Perdue Office Interiors has provided innovative workplace solutions for companies of all sizes. As the exclusive Steelcase dealer in the region, we provide products and turnkey solutions you won’t find anywhere else in North Florida.

In the summer of 2013, Perdue expanded to Tallahassee, FL, and the Capital City Market in order to better serve our clients across North Florida.

We’ve created effective workspaces for clients in diverse industries: banking & finance, healthcare/medical, higher education, insurance, non-profit, professional services, manufacturing/distribution, real estate, service & call centers and technology. This kind of experience demonstrates that we know how to tailor environments to the way you work.

    • Vincemccormack

      Vince McCormack

      President

      Vince McCormack, a Jacksonville native, is the President and Co-Owner of Perdue Office Interiors. McCormack has been with the company since 1986 and has worked in every area of the company. In 2001, after many years in Sales and Sales Management, McCormack took over as President. In 2007, he and an investment partner purchased the company. McCormack is active in the business community having served or is currently serving on the Jacksonville Regional Chamber Board of Governors and Board of Directors. He is also a Trustee with the Chamber and serves on the Advisory Council for Jax USA Partnership. McCormack is a Trustee with Gator Bowl Sports and was Chairman of the 2015 Tax Slayer Bowl. He is also on several non-profit boards including past chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida, Downtown Vision, Inc., University of North Florida and is current chair of the Florida Theatre board.

      Gaye Hanley

      General Manager

      Gaye Hanley joined Perdue in 1986 as an Interior Designer and has held several management positions including Director of Design, Vice President- Design & Planning and Executive Vice President. In Gaye’s current role as General Manager, she oversees the day-to-day sales, planning, and administrative operations of the company.

      Gaye is a past recipient of the YWCA Jacksonville Celebration of Leadership, Tribute to Women award. She received her Bachelor of Design, Interior Design from the University of Florida, College of Architecture and is a Florida Licensed Interior Designer # ID5604.

      Harold Cooley

      Director of Operations

      Since joining Perdue in 1983, Harold has held various positions within the company including Service and Warehouse Manager, Project Manager, Network Coordinator, Sales Executive and his current role as Director of Operations. In his current position, Harold manages all aspects of Perdue Operations which includes Project Management, Warehouse, Delivery, Relocation and Installation Services; Asset Management, Refurbishing, Painting, Upholstery, and Network Services.

      With Harold’s broad experience in both Operations and Sales, he has developed a unique customer focus that provides a well rounded, customer first attitude with a keen eye of the future of the dealership.

      Trace Turner

      Accounting Manager

      Trace Turner is a Jacksonville native and joined Perdue in 1990. His career at the company started in Accounting, moved through Project Management, Sales, and Order Administration before returning to Accounting. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University and an MBA from The City University, London.

      Jack Mozley

      Sales Manager, Tallahassee

      Jack Mozley joined Perdue in 2015 as the manager of the Tallahassee office. After 21 years in the industry he has worked on several high profile projects throughout the state. Jack is responsible for new business development and day to day operations in the Tallahassee market.

      Jack is an active member of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and a former board member of the North Florida chapter for Easter Seals.

Customer Needs Analysis

Before we can help you design the perfect workspace, we conduct a personal consultation and expert assessment of your needs. Once we determine how you work, what your goals are, as well as what your budget and technology requirements are, we’ll work together to find exactly what you need.

  • Project Management

    After your Customer Needs Analysis, one of our dedicated Project Managers will coordinate your project from start to finish, including meeting with your facility and space planner, as well as other parties involved.

  • Facility Planning

    Once your goals are determined through a Customer Needs Analysis, we will work with you or your space planner to design a plan that suits your goals and exceeds your expectations.

  • Refurbishing + Reuse

    With your facility plan as our guide, we'll provide you with solutions that may include enhancing your existing assets. Refurbishing can save exponentially when compared to new furniture. Look below to learn more about our Refurbishing / Reuse Services

  • Installation + Move Management

    Office moves should happen on time and on budget. Let our in house installation and move management staff help your organization by understanding your needs, communicating properly and delivering exactly what you requested.

  • Asset Management, Storage + Delivery

    If you have multiple locations, let us be your ongoing partner for computerized tracking, storage and immediate retrieval and delivery of furnishings and systems nationwide. We make sure your products are clean upon retrieval. You can also feel confident knowing inventory reports are available at your request.

  • Reconfiguration + Maintenance

    If you're thinking about reconfiguring your workspace, we're available to help you with the planning and implementation. Then we'll maintain or adjust your existing systems and furnishings to accommodate your new setup

    Update seating and systems panels, acoustical walls, individual pieces and more with new fabric and refurbished trim.

  • Restoration/Repair

    Older or damaged furniture of any kind can be restored to almost new condition for all brands and types of furniture.

  • Painting

    Give metal furniture, such as desks and file cabinets new life with in-office electrostatic painting. Our commercial painting of elevator doors, bathroom partitions, doors, frames and metal railings can give you an almost new appearance.

  • Cleaning & Protection

    Difficult stains on vinyl wall coverings, plastics, carpet or any hard surface are no problem for us.

  • Furniture Donation

    If you’d like to donate your used furniture to charity, you can eliminate your disposal fee and receive a tax deduction.
