Jacksonville, FL – Perdue®, a Suddath Company, won Design of the Year at the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association awards for our newly renovated showroom in downtown Jacksonville.
The NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Northeast Florida Chapter presented its 2020 awards Thursday, March 18, 2021 to honor excellence in the commercial real estate industry.
This is the second win for Design of the Year for Perdue, as the office design, furniture and commercial technology company received the honor in 2018 for designing a new headquarters for healthcare information technology company, Availity.
Perdue’s newly renovated showroom showcases how a smart and connected workplace improves the employee experience and drives innovation.
“This is one of the first projects where we had the power of three leading companies—Suddath, America’s largest commercial mover, Phase Integration, Jacksonville’s top commercial technology firm, and Perdue, all coming together to plan, design and execute a complete workplace solution. This is a key differentiator from any furniture dealership in Jacksonville and it continues to make Perdue the innovative industry leader,” Vince McCormack, president of Perdue said.
The community is invited to visit the 13,000 square-foot showroom to see concepts for reception areas, cafes, private offices, meeting spaces and general work areas with a focus on integrated office technology to keep employees connected and productive, and support a hybrid in-office and remote workforce.
