Collaborative Office Furniture Design for a Law Firm
One of the highest rated personal injury firms in Florida, Coker Law, recently completed a $4.15 million renovation project on its Downtown Jacksonville office, located at historic Baywater Square. With a 45+ year history of pursuing justice for clients experiencing loss from serious injuries, a modern environment that enhances efficiency and collaboration will support the team’s efforts in continuing their dedicated work.
For a variety of areas, including a lobby, collaboration rooms, conference rooms, workstations and work cafes, Coker Law sought an office furniture design that encompasses cutting-edge, contemporary elements, providing greater comfort for employees and clients alike.
As a leading Jacksonville office furniture dealer and a premier Steelcase partner, Perdue crafted a compatible design of premium furnishings and finishes for the newly renovated office suite. Leveraging our intuitive design process, we performed space planning to effectively integrate products that optimize space and offer flexibility for seamless modifications.
From inception, we worked with Coker Law to coordinate furniture needs with other trade components – construction operations, asset removal and technology integration. Perdue’s comprehensive network of resources enabled additional support across the scope of the project. Our commercial relocation affiliate, Suddath, fulfilled office furniture decommissioning, office moving and warehousing of the firm’s surplus assets. When an urgent cabling need developed mid-project, our commercial technology affiliate, Phase Integration, swiftly stepped in with a streamlined structured cabling solution.
The furniture design features some the latest products from Steelcase’s superior collection, including Steelcase Series 1 and Steelcase Move seating, Steelcase Elbrook collaboration tables and Steelcase Answer workstations.
