Optimized Furniture Solution Improves City’s Prime Business Development Advocate

Downtown Vision Inc (DVI), a not-for-profit organization compiled of place managers, connectors, strategists, and activators for Downtown Jacksonville, is dedicated to improving the heart of the city and creating a vibrant, exciting environment to live, work, visit, and invest.

In relocating its corporate headquarters to new real estate more spacious than its previous home, DVI sought a complete furnishing design welcoming to staff, commercial tenants, and visitors. The new headquarters features office spaces, meeting rooms, retail units, and fully equipped locker rooms for personal care.

Alongside HOTA Design Studio’s interior design service, Perdue curated a furniture solution that supports the dynamics of DVI’s new space. As North Florida’s leaders in workplace design and office furniture solutions, Perdue mapped a custom landscape of select products that pair well with DVI’s intended functionality, such as flexible workspaces for staff, hosting conferences and community meetings, and housing Downtown Ambassador safety and hospitality teams.
