Pinnacle Financial Partners: Attracting Talent and Clients Through Thoughtful Office Design
Pinnacle Financial Partners, new to the North Florida market, recognized the need to create a workspace that reflected its brand identity. With over 15,000 square feet on two separate floors to work with, the goal was to design an environment that not only aligned with its core values but also attracted top talent and provided an inviting space for customers.
Pinnacle sought to establish itself as a leader in its field while ensuring its office was a compelling, functional space for both employees and visitors. A key challenge was designing an interior that seamlessly combined aesthetics, productivity, and acoustic privacy – critical for fostering collaboration without disruption.
To achieve these objectives, the Perdue Office partnered with Kasper Architects to curate a furniture package that accurately represented its design intent. Through carefully selected furnishings and spatial planning, the workplace became an extension of the brand, balancing innovation and professionalism. One key element was the integration of glass wall solutions, which provided the necessary acoustic privacy while maintaining openness and connectivity.
The thoughtfully designed space successfully attracted top-tier talent by offering an inspiring work environment. Additionally, the welcoming and brand-aligned atmosphere encouraged client engagement, reinforcing credibility in the industry. With the strategic selection of glass walls, Pinnacle ensured productivity and privacy while maintaining a modern, collaborative setting.
